She’s the founder of Beautiful Intentions, a wellness brand that blends clinical insight with science-backed practices for whole-person healing. Shauna specializes in working with women struggling with the effects of chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation. Her trauma-informed, whole-person approach helps clients uncover how daily inputs and habits shape their symptoms and their healing.
